Parisian Rooftop elopement Wedding

I know, it’s a crazy idea, but is not Love a crazy feeling? Does not your heart beat wildly when you’re close to the person you love? Does not your love survive the time, and thousands of kilometers away? if it’s so, you are in the right place! and a Parisian Rooftop elopement Wedding is not a such a crazy idea.

Paris is the city of romantic dreams, one of the most beautiful city in Europe (I love Venice too, one of my favorite check this video if you agree XXX) but it’s always hard, for a wedding filmmaker, give back an alternative vision of the city. Sometimes, visiting a city as famous as Paris can become an obstacle to creativity and we risk proposing clichés.

 

 

 

With these two wonderful guys: Katie and Lev, (you probably saw these pictures on Katie.one’s intagam, a famous French Style Influencer) we climbed the Parisian Rooftop last summer in July. We are not roofers at all, it was a cathartic experience. Watching Paris from above, the muffled sounds, the vertigo view, was a dream. But it was not limited to this. We have documented one of the most incredible love stories.

We wandered around the city of Paris for three whole days, taking advantage of the sunset light to make breathtaking shots in Montmartre, we woke up at dawn, to have the Eiffel Tower all for us (and the pigeons, of course).

I realized that is fundamental for a filmmaker to live the story of love he is telling. Always look at it with different eyes. Do not face our work with the idea of having to produce “beautiful images”, but film and photograph images that are deep in meaning and soaked with memories.

This is our biggest trick! To Love.

So I want to contradict what I wrote at the beginning of the article. It is not a Parisian Rooftop elopement Wedding that will make you wild. Your love is the greatest adventure we want to tell.
