What data we collect
When you contact us through the inquiry form, we collect the information you choose to give us: your names, your email address, your wedding date, your wedding location and anything you write in the message field.
We only use this information to reply to you and to discuss a possible collaboration. We never sell it, and we never use it for advertising.
Automatically, our hosting provider records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) in its server logs. This is necessary to keep the site running and secure.
Legal basis
We process your inquiry on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form before sending it. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and functioning.
Who else sees your data
We use a small number of external services to run this website:
- Aruba S.p.A. (Italy) — web hosting. Stores the website and its server logs.
- FormSubmit — delivers the inquiry form to our inbox. Your form data passes through this service, which may be located outside the European Union.
- Vimeo (USA) — hosts and plays the films you see on this site. Vimeo is loaded in “Do Not Track” mode, so it does not profile you.
- Google Fonts (USA) — provides the typefaces used on this site. Loading them shares your IP address with Google.
We do not use advertising networks and we do not build visitor profiles.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to answer you and, if we work together, for the duration of our collaboration and the legal period required afterwards. If you ask us to delete your data, we will.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@produzionievergreen.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
